UAE Ramadan car deals: Zero down payment, free insurance, savings up to Dh66,000

Ramadan has once again become one of the most attractive times of the year for car buyers in the UAE. Dealerships across the country are rolling out limited-time promotions designed to make vehicle ownership more accessible, with bundled offers that go far beyond simple price reductions.

While automotive promotions are available throughout the year, Ramadan campaigns tend to focus on affordability and added value. Instead of just lowering sticker prices, distributors are introducing flexible financing options, complimentary insurance and registration, extended warranties, and service packages that significantly reduce upfront and long-term ownership costs.

Industry representatives note that major sales periods such as Eid, UAE National Day, and year-end clearance events also feature strong discounts. However, Ramadan stands out for its combination of financial flexibility and comprehensive ownership benefits, making it particularly appealing for families planning major purchases.

Many brands are offering zero down payment plans and low monthly instalments, allowing buyers to secure a new vehicle without heavy initial expenses. Flexible finance structures, deferred payment options, and competitive interest rates are also part of the seasonal push.

Several leading distributors have launched wide-ranging campaigns across their lineups. Al Ghandi Auto is offering savings of up to Dh30,000 on selected Chevrolet models, along with gift vouchers of up to Dh10,000. GMC vehicles are available with savings of up to Dh26,000 on certain trims. In the luxury segment, Cadillac is extending benefits of up to Dh66,000 on select Escalade models, including insurance, a five-year unlimited mileage warranty, service packages, and roadside assistance. Its electric models, including OPTIQ and LYRIQ, come with one year of complimentary charging and insurance.

Mitsubishi, distributed by Al Habtoor Motors, is promoting flexible financing across its range, alongside a five-year unlimited kilometre warranty and tailored service contracts. For the Pajero SUV lineup, a special Ramadan plan offers monthly payments starting from Dh3,000 (excluding VAT), combined with discounts on parts and labour. SUVs and family-oriented vehicles continue to see particularly strong demand during the holy month.

Pre-owned vehicles are also included in Ramadan campaigns. Al Masaood Automobiles is offering Infiniti models such as the QX80 and QX60 with discounts of up to Dh50,000 and competitive monthly instalments. Nissan customers can benefit from savings across key models, with finance rates starting from 1.99 per cent and deferred payment options for up to six months. Renault buyers are being offered up to five years of zero per cent finance, warranty coverage, and roadside assistance.

Across the market, the most attractive feature of this year’s Ramadan promotions is not just direct price cuts, but the bundled value. With zero down payment options, free insurance and registration, extended warranties, service contracts, and total savings reaching as high as Dh66,000 on select models, the limited-time offers are creating one of the most competitive buying environments of the year for UAE motorists.
